Vehicle Detail
Selling my 1996 BMW E36 M3 Turbo charged. I bought the car 2years ago for 11k and has been my daily driver. Since then ive added some tasteful upgrades. The motor on car was rebuild before turbo kit was added at a dealership in North Carolina from witch i bought the car from. The Motors compression was dropped to 9 to 1 ratio to help engine handle the turbo. I hate to see this car go but im having a baby and need something practical with four doors. NO TRADES PLEASE!!! already have something picked out. The car has 200k but only 13k since motor was rebuild and stage 1 clutch kit was done. The car is Estoli Blue VERY RARE on black interior. this color combo was never made from dealer. The interior was swapped out of a 1999 BMW M3 and was kept all original. Here is a list of all modifications done to the car. MOTOR: -Rebuilt Motor -9 to 1 heavy duty gasket kit -Stage 1 clutch kit -CX Turbo kit with external waste gate set at 8PSI Intercooled -Cast iron Turbo Manifold -42lbs injectors also have a set of 28lbs injectors included -SMT-8 Piggy back computer, fully tunable with laptop 5th injection driver included -3.5 HFM Euro -All Samco silicone clamps and hosing -Super Sprint Exhuast, Not too load and amazing sound -Aftermarket C-type engine mount -AEM Lean Rich gauge and boost gauge -Magnaflow high flow Cat INTERIOR FULL CONVERSION: -Tan carpet was removed and black carpet from 1999 M3 was installed -Black front and rear door panles were put in from 1999 M3 -Black Vader seats front and rear also from 1999 M3 were put in -Alpine head unit -All Rockford Fosgate speakers all around -A Pillar Suspension: -Beilstein Sport shocks and struts -all tie rods were replaced -Urethane control arm bushings all around Wheels: -19" M3 CSL Gun Metal wheels The Bad: -The passenger Vader seat has a small hole in it. -Rear quarter panel has small rust spot where paint is chipped located where bumper meets panel (barely noticable, size of a quarter) -there is a medium scratch on door -2 wheels have some curb rash nothing too bad The Good: -Runs great with no mechanical issues -No check engine light -idles and drives like regular M3 until you get on the gas -Extremely fast but looks stock beside the intercooler witch is painted black so you cant really tell its there -Extremely rare color that is highly sawed after -Surprisingly good on gas when driven normally since it is only a 3.2 inline 6 -Full tune up just done this month -Car was dyno'd last year at 350hp to the rear wheels and runs the quarter in mid 12 seconds -Car is from North Carolina and the paint and underbody is very good condition with no rust at all other then a small chip in the quarter panel which is listed below and is very unnoticable. Like i said , I hate to see this car go but i have no choice. I have a lot of time and money invested into this car. I know what this car is worth but my loss is your gain and I need to sell this car asap. This vehicle is available to view or drive and is locally for sale also and i have the right to end auction at anytime due to local sale of car. I have tried to remember and list everything that i know that is currently wrong. Please don't hesitate to ask me any questions or concerns you might have. Car is sold as is with no warranty. Thanks and happy bidding!
