MORE PHOTOS HERE: http://royalladv.com/clients/bmwsale/index.html Business is doing well this year and I am upgrading to an Audi A7. That's the only reason I'm selling this car. I have loved her dearly for the last 3 years. Previous owner lost the car to the bank due to the bad economy and I picked it up for a great deal. This car is in great condition for it's mileage mainly because I've kept up on all the maintenance necessary from day 1. I have had the car since it had 50,000 miles, and added most of the mileage due to the fact that I live in Orlando, my girlfriend and I were long distance (Tallahassee) and I drove back and forth every other weekend to see her (interstate miles). Other than that, my office is 5 minutes down the road downtown, so it doesn't see much "stop and go." Because of the intense highway driving, it doesn’t seem like it has the mileage it has. People never know until I tell them and are always shocked. What can I say about this car, it's got everything... It's got: Brand new (last month) front Perelli performance low profile tires ($650 just spent!) Power assisted trunk that closes and opens on it's own Full size matching rim / spare Heated rear seats Heated front seats AC vents in the back AC in the front seats through the perforated leather (awesome on a summer day to prevent that horrible sweaty back and quickly cool the car!) - I will not buy my next car without it. Electrical controlled baby shades in the back and on the side back windows 6 disc in dash, + 1 in Unit Logic Audio Sound System Sirius Satellite Radio Navigation System Front and Back backup / parking sensors Automatic windshield wipers - adjusts speed automatically to the amount of rain hitting your window Fog Lights Voice controlled everything Bluetooth connection for mobile devices ABS (4-Wheel) AM/FM Stereo 19” Alloy Wheels (Extra Wide in the back!) BMW Assist Bluetooth Wireless Cruise Control Dual Air Bags Dual Power Seats Lumbar Support / Total Power Adjustments Leather Sun Roof / Moon Roof Power Door Locks Power Assist Doors Closing (Never leave a door cracked again!) Power Steering One Touch Power Windows Side Air Bags Sport Pkg Stability Control Telescoping Wheel Traction Control Locking Gas Cap Xenon HID Auto Headlamps... Locking Trunk Locking Arm Rest Compartment Valet Key In Arm Rest CD Holder New Battery (Last Year) The car drives like any BMW should, - solid, fast, and powerful! It is probably the roomiest car I have ever owned. The trunk is huge and having the Sirius Satellite Radio is awesome. Power wise, this 360 HP V8 can’t be beat. For as big as this car is, its FAST and get’s up and goes when you need it to. It actually isn’t all that bad on gas either. I was afraid when I first got it, but even though it has the V8 it’s still better than most trucks / SUVs. 19MPG is what I get average in the city, and up to 24/25 highway. You can monitor your gas MPG usage with an electronic gauge, which is always fun to do on the interstate when “drafting” to get up to 29/30 MPG. (Remember I used to do a lot of interstate back and forth to Tallahassee!) I’ve always kept up on the oil changes and other maintenance and have the records. I could also take you to my regular mechanic who knows my car inside and out already if you’d like to speak with him. Just had a tune up done as well $500 replacing plugs / coils so it's riding smooth. As with any car that is 6 years old, there are some things that are not perfect anymore, most deals with the stereo in this car, so it’s perfect if your planning on putting a real system in it! I want to be as transparent in this auction as possible. These items can be fixed fairly inexpensively. 6 disc in dash CD changer sticks on eject (it will eject if you hold your finger on the bottom of it) – this is just an adjustment that needs to be made to the mount. It needs a new Logic 7 amp for more bass ($500 on eBay, plus install if you don’t replace it yourself, but it's in the back trunk and easy to access.) Got a new key recently after loosing the old at the bottom of a lake (on a boat), and it still needs to be programmed for comfort access ($150 quick and easy at dealer) Couple small door dings, nothing major or all that noticeable unless you’re looking for it, and could be popped out by a paintless dent guy for $100 visit if they really bothered you that bad. Under the bottom of the front bumper, there are some scratches from parking stops and such, but you wouldn't notice unless you’re really down on the ground. The CarFax when I purchased it showed it had been in a fender bender before I purchased it, but you would never know from the way it drives / looks. I have never had an issue arise because of it. It obviously wasn’t serious enough to damage the integrity of the car. I personally have never had any accident in it. This car was my first “Luxury Car” – and let me just say regardless what people may think, it actually helped my carreer. As an entrepreneur, my clients look to me and my ad agency to make their business a success. I had to look like a success. Ad agencies are in the image game. My clients look at me as successful with this car, and as such have trusted my company with larger projects. I can pull up to an executive meeting and feel ‘on par’ and comfortable with the CEO of a corporation making $500,000 per year. He sees me as an equal. Someone who to afford this car obviously had success in the past with my previous clients, which relays trust for him and his company. Doing so has led me to land some larger accounts, and as such, business is booming. I can't attribute it all to the car obviously, but the image always helped me to be considered a success and as such, led to new opportunities and "positioned" me correctly at times. Positioning is key in business. I have managers at client's offices all the time that ask, "How's the 7 series doing" if they've been in it with me before - especially if they're into cars. Like I said, It’s not obviously all on the car, but I doubt I would have landed some of my meetings taking my clients out in a Kia. It’s definitely paid for itself. The 750 is a sign “success” in a lot of people’s eyes... like it or not. I have enjoyed it. :-) It will be hard for me to let this car go, but my new one will hopefully make up for it. If I could afford to keep this and the new one, this one would go to my girlfriend, but it doesn't make sense to keep both (and we have a trailblazer that’s paid for that sits in the driveway so its impractical really and we need one SUV.) Keep up on the maintenance as I have and this thing will last a lifetime. I’m pricing this for a quick sale, as I’m really excited about my new ride. I’m going to be taking a hit on it, as I owe more than what I’m selling it for so here’s your opportunity to pick it up at a great value!
