For sale is a 1979 Ford F-100, regular cab, 8 foot bed, 2 wheel drive, 351M V-8, C-6 automatic transmission. Lots of new parts including entire new braking system- master cylinder, front disc, calipers, pads, brake lines, wheel bearings, rear drums, wheel cylinders, shoes, proportioning valve, brake switch. New U-joints, gas tank, sending unit, gas lines. All fluids and filters have been changed including engine oil/filter, transmission fluid and filter, coolant and rear axle. Fresh tune-up, new ignition module, altinator, voltage regulator, starter, aluminum radiator, holley/mickey thompson aluminum valve covers, holley 4bbl 650 cfm carb, holley street avenger aluminum intake manifold, k&n extreme-flow air filter, accel ignition coil, accel spark plug wires, optima red top batterie. Full new exhaust includind a dynomax ultra-flow welded muffler, 2.25" pipe with a new stock tailpipe. Has a custom made brush guard, fog lights, rubber bed mat, cap on the bed and a new set of 31"x10.5" Goodyear Wrangler Authority A/t tires. On the intirior there is a grant walnut steering wheel, recently replaced black carpet, black seat cover, sun-pro tachometer, and pioneer door speakers with the stock radio. Runs and drives great, very reliable, it is a daily driver. Clean title. I like the "vintage" look, so i was never worried about the paint job, but some may think it could use one. Original ford pine needle green, almost forest green color. Only two bad things about the truck....Recently the transmission has been acting funny, when shifting into reverse or drive from park, it shifts hard. Also it dosnt want to shift by itself, so i have to manually shift it from 1st, 2nd, and then drive. There is also an oil leak, i think it may be the rear main seal or the intake manifold gasket. The carborator could use adjusting. Has the typical rust around the rear wheel wells, nothing too major. Other than that, it is a good solid truck and runs and drives great.
