1990 FORD MUSTANG SALEEN CONVERTIBLE #224 ONLY 61 MADE IN 1990 RARE CAR. I have owned this car for almost five years. Its an original california car that has been driven but taken car of. The interior is in great condition and seats are perfect. Everything works and has a new Pioneer cd player and six new speakers I also have the original pioneer radio and eq both still work. The outside is in good shape paint still shines but it is not perfect looks good from 20ft but has a few chips and some minor scratches. I had the front air dam repainted about two years ago. The motor and trans run great and the car still drives fine. The motor was rebuilt in 2001 at a Ford dealership in California at 130,000 I have the paperwork from that. It does have a couple drips from old age and sitting in my garage more than it should. Great driver car but have taken to several shows and always draws attention. I have collected some Saleen brochures and other paperwork that will go with car. I have replaced a lot of parts on it over the years here is a list that I can remember and I have a bunch of receipts. Replaced parts: door belt molding both doors outside, motorcraft battery, new tires, new convertible top and pads, new boot cover with factory bag, new exhaust with off-rode x pipe and flowmaster mufflers, chrome 3 inch tips, new six piece headlights, all new bulbs, new belt and hoses,plugs wires cap and rotor(motorcraft), new under hood insulation, new o2 sensor, k&n drop in filter, new wiper cowl cover, new mustang pony floor mats, new ashtray, and bunch of small stuff that I can't remember. most items been replaced in the last couple of years. The motor is completely stock and still has smog pump and factory headers. Car has factory 3.55 gears and locker along with special ordered 200mph speedo. Fun to drive I just have too many toys and not enough time anymore. Any questions just ask. The vehicle has a reserve but is reasonable according to cars condition.
