1971 Ford Mustang Mach I Fastback 351C 4-Speed Ram Air Grabber Green Runs Great! 1971 Ford Mustang Mach I. This car is an original Grabber Green metallic, which is a rare color for 1971. This Mustang has a VERY solid body compared to many others of the same vintage. The passenger side rear floor board is the only rust through we could find, and an easy fix. The quarters still have the factory spot welds. Equipped with an M code 351 Cleveland engine with a Holley 4-barrel carburetor. Transmission is a top loader 4-speed. The engine runs excellent, with no smoke, or weird noises. Starts right up and sounds strong. Transmission shifts through all of the gears just fine, and does not have any noises either. The rearend is tight as well. Of course it has a Ford 9" with a 3.25-1 gear and HD suspension with a rear sway bar and staggered shocks. Black interior that is in decent shape. Factory a/c, power steering, remote drivers mirror, and tinted glass all around. It has a NASA hood and the correct air cleaner, but unfortunately no ducting. The hood does have some minor rust through. Working Factory tach and gauges, console, am radio and a clock. The outside sports some 14" Magnum 500 wheels, rear spoiler, endura front bumper, and an amazingly straight body except for a small dent in the left front fender. The gas tank is junk, and needs to be replaced. Car has sat in a barn since the early 90's. Overall this would make someone a great project car, that would drive with some brake work.
