This is our 1975 Porsche 911 SC Slantnose Cabriolet, I have the photo documentation of the original restoration done back in early 2003. This car was very nice and all work was done professionally and of the highest quality. Unfortunately, the car was stolen not long after being restored and was not recovered until a few years ago and since then it has been in our storage and I think it's time for it to find a new home! I have the title to the car, in my name, but it is a salvage title due to the theft. This auction has NO RESERVE, high bid takes it home. If winning bidder is in Southern California, I can assist with delivery, I also deliver to the shipping terminals in the Los Angeles area on a weekly basis. Also, I plan on selling many of the cars in my collection this year, so it will benefit other collectors and those of you that already know me and what I have to continue watching my listings! Please take the time to view the detailed pictures, I am very thorough when shooting and describing a vehicle and make every effort to catch as much detail as possible! Cosmetically, the body of this Porsche is complete and in very good shape, the only work needed is a small "ding" on the rear wheel well (see pics) and the rear valance under the bumper needs straightened. The paint is now faded, chipped and scratched, needs a total exterior repaint. All glass is clean, clear and in good shape. Trunk area, engine bay and quarters look excellent and the car has never been in any type of accident. The Slantnose is ALL METAL, not cheap fiberglass!! Tires have a little life in them, but I would advise replacing them pretty soon. 1 fog light and turn signal lens needs replaced. Factory Porsche alloy wheels are in great shape and will polish up nicely. The top will need recovered. This Porsche interior will need carpet, column covers and master window switch. Some of the trim around the little seats in the rear is missing along with the radio and speakers. The front seats, dash, dash pad and door panels are excellent. Mechanically, there is no power getting to the car from the battery, but I have turned over the engine freely by hand. There are misc wires/hoses disconnected in the engine bay and the a/c pump was also stolen. I have many pictures of the original restoration if anybody would like them. I have in hand the salvage California title/ownership certificate on this Porsche. The car is located in Moreno Valley, California 92551 (Southern California) near March Air Base.
