2002 Mercedes CLK320 Coupe. Mineral Green with Grey leather. Excellent condition. No winters ever and always garage kept. 2 previous owners. Non smoker; no accidents. Meticulously maintained by Porsche/Mercedes enthusiast; maintenance includes new intake manifold, mass air flow sensor, OEM sport shocks/struts, CCU (climate control unit), brakes, major service and newer tires. All work done by leading M-B independent (Mercedes Complete in Tampa). Includes option pkg 3 (power moonroof, rain sensing wipers and rear window shade); plus factory AMG wheels. Completely stock with the exception of HID lights and new window tint. Recent front/rear bumper off respray to correct typical scrapes and scratches. Two new keys ($275 each), all books/records. No issues, no excuses. Just driven from NY to FL in September; averaged 25 mpg and performed flawlessly! This is the last and best year of the "W208 body style." Several improvements and upgrades have been incorporated into this model year, as compared to the 1998-2001 years, including a redesigned smart key, one touch sunroof, chrome exhaust tips, transmission upgrades and a really cool feature whereas the windows drop a half-inch when the doors are opened. The special exterior color, Mineral Green was only available in 2001-2002 models. Lastly there were several trim redesigns that I can explain as well. Lastly and most importantly is the fact that the coupes now command a price premium over the cabriolets. Even though the cabriolets sticker price was $7,500 higher than the coupes, most buyers today prefer the coupes. You'll notice there are approximately 5 cabriolets for sale for every 1 coupe on ebay, cars.com and autotrader.com. Also, the "CLK320" with its bullet proof 6 cylinder engine and great gas mileage is more desirable than the gas guzzling "CLK430" with the 8 cylinder. Don't let anyone fool you; the combination of the 2002 CLK320 Coupe (last year, best engine and body style) makes the car the one to own and is simply worth more. The car is available for inspection and/or test drive during the time of the auction. The one negative feedback on my ebay account was due to my son incorrectly packaging an item he sold about 6 months and not addressing the issue in a timely manner.On Oct-27-11 at 09:34:09 PDT, seller added the following information: Clarification: Since 2009 the Mercedes has been registered in New Jersey however it remains in the Tampa area for 9 months, from September to May. It has had only 2 previous owners regardless of the fact that Autocheck lists 3 previous registrations. I have also added additional pictures showing the "like new" bumpers with no scraping at all on the front lower bumper. On Nov-01-11 at 07:04:58 PDT, seller added the following information: HID lights = High Intensity Discharge Lights; this is the aftermarket version of the factory Xenon lights. Overall the lights use less energy than the standard halogen lights while producing 3x more light. These have been professionally installed/aligned so as to eliminate any excessive glare from oncoming traffic.
