This 1968 Chevrolet Camaro is an absolute beauty! It's a Pro-Street/Tour show quality car that can be driven. I am the second owner of this car which I acquired twenty-six years ago. This car is literally a kick in the pants to drive -- your passenger will be white-knuckling the roll cage!! Get ready for a crowd wherever you go! ENGINE: I'll try to list as much as I can, please let me know if you need more details. This is a professionally built 385CI bored/stroked 350 small block chevrolet 4-bolt main motor, machined, blueprinted & balanced, forged crank, 6" rods, J & E pistons, aluminum twisted wedge heads, big stainless steel valves, jet hot coated aluminum Victor Jr. intake and Hooker super comp. headers, Reed Holley carburetor, K & N air filter, Moroso wide oil pan, MSD billet distributor, wires and ignition box, aluminum/steel exhaust with flow masters, 16 gallon fuel cell in trunk with electric fuel pump. Griffin aluminum radiator with electric fan. TRANSMISSION: Just installed with less than 200 miles, Tremec TKO-600 5-speed manual transmission. Fifth gear is like overdrive, Hurst shifter & ball, McLeod clutch, housing, linkage and steel blow sheild. REAR END/SUSPENSION: Shortened Ford 9" Detroit locker, Strange axles, 1/2" lugs, Art Morrison ladder/link suspension. Drive shaft safety loops, custom drive shaft, H.D. yokes, wheelie bars, front suspension mostly stock, replaced all ty-rods, ball joints, brakes, lines, etc. INTERIOR: Custom interior all matching, two Simpson 5-way seat belt harnesses, window net (removable), Grant steering wheel, power steering, factory tilt column, factory GM 160 mph speedo and 7k tachometer, eight Autometer gauges and switches, factory floor console, 10-point custom roll cage, heat, defrost, wipers, AM/FM cassette sound system. BODY: New quarters, doors, rear panel, fenders, cowl upper/lower, rocker panels, factory SS hood, most factory GM replacements, rear wheel wells stretched. Car has tight, straight body lines. Paint is base coat/clear coat black that just shines! Doors, trunk and hood open & close solid. Hide-away head light doors are manual. Solid factory floors, full frame construction. TRIM: All new factory tinted glass. All trim, mirrors, emblems, bumpers, grill, lights, bezels, side markers have been replaced. TIRES/RIMS: Weld aluminum rims, rears 15" x 14", front 15" x 4". Rear tires are Mickey Thompson 33" x 21.5" x 15" LT, Front tires are matching 26" x 7.5" x 15" LT. Tires are in "like new" condition.
