You must have a Paypal account to bid on this auction. This is a clean 2003 Volkswagen Beetle Bug. The car is equipped with a great running 2.0L engine and 5 speed manual transmission. It has a little over 95k miles. It is the GLS package equipped with power windows and power sunroof. The car runs excellent. However, there is a problem with 5th gear. It shifts through all gears smoothly and effortlessly, but pops out of 5th. I have googled this issue and it seems to be common, but I am no mechanic and would rather sell it as is. Please note that it will not stay in 5th. The clutch feels great. The engine has no leaks what-so-ever. It will be a great car once this issue is addressed. The exterior of the car looks great. There are no dents or scratches. It does have some bugs marks on the hood as usual. The tires have about 30% tread remaining. The paint is very glossy. All doors open and close as they should and the windows all work properly. The interior is in very clean shape. There are no tears or stains. The drivers side door is missing the grab handle. The A/C blows cold. The stereo works fine. The glove box handle is broken, but still opens and closes easily with the push of a button. The sunroof works fine. The car runs great and with the 5th gear problem corrected, will be a reliable fun to drive car. Of course, it can be driven as-is, but with no 5th gear. This may be an easy fix, I just don't know.
