The body side trim on this Dart is almost impossible to find , check other 68 Dart you will see what I mean. This car is mostly original except the carb and intake. The radio-cassette player installed in 80s, I still have the factory radio. 138,964 original miles. Title in hand. Everything is working like it should when left the factory. AC need charge. Body have typical rust at fender, 1/4 panel and very little of inner fender. Under-chassis is SOLID, rocker panel SOLID, floor pan SOLID, trunk has has surface rust ONLY. (See pic for more info) Engine is slant6, 138K miles, never been apart. These slant six will run forever and this one still pulling STRONG. Interior is SUPERB for 43 years old car, even there's some worn out of the front bucket seats cover, the interior show this is true deluxe sport car. I have both A & E body and Im Cuda lover, I did look at some Dodge Dart via picture and I did not like them until I saw this one. You have to see the Dart in PERSON to release how unique these car is. There are some impressive about 68 Dart that I can describe by word, round turn signal, round sidemarker lights, curve back glass.. these Dart are SO SIMPLE, SO UNIQUE and SO VERY MUCH COOL car ever made! If the Cuda have a beauty look, these Dart have a PERFORMANCE, even power by a slant6 this Dart run like a champ ans handle as GOOD as a modern car does. Cornering, braking..is smooth, very comfortable driving in city and high way cruising . Although Im die hard big block, I would love to see this Dart restore to its stock, there are not many 68 Dart GT around, approximately 7570 was made and just a FEW of them fully LOADED with option like this one. Otherwise, this Dart is great start for someone like to built Super Stock Dart. 1968 is the most desirable year through16 years of Dart production 1960-1976. This is the only year Mopar stuffed big ass Hemi 426 in lightest weight A body.
