Up for sale is my 1993 Toyota MR2 Turbo with no reserve! I am the second owner of the car and it is in great shape overall. I have not seen many in this combination from the factory with a black exterior and black leather interior with the turbo 5spd drive train. The car is tastefully modified, never abused, mistreated or neglected. It comes with all the options from the factory, including factory LSD, CD center console, T top shades, plus much more. The car drives and handles great-AC blows cold, no cold start issues, smoke, oil leaks, hesitation or anything of the sort. The interior of the car is in amazing shape-no cracks or tears in the leather, carpet and OEM floormats are in great condition as well as headliner and glass. The only thing to note on the interior is the shift boot is starting to wear and the drivers door panel has minor wear where your arm rests. The exterior of the car is unmodified and sports most of the original paint (front end was painted in 2006) with no fading clear coat, or oxidation (could use a wax)-no rust at all. The car tracks straight and true, with no vibrations of any kind.I have a clean Carfax with maintenance history as well. I will do my best to describe the good as well as any issues the car has and be as honest as possible. The car has the following modifications installed: Apexi IntakeBerks 3 inch downpipe mated to factory exhaust and cat (quiet just like stock)Omori Boost gauge in factory locationExcedy Stage 1 clutch (just over 1000 miles on it)TRD bronze shifter bushingsPioneer CD headunit with Polk Audio DB rear speakers in factory sub locationsProfessionally coated wrinkle black valve cover and intercooler pipesKYB Gr2 front stutsOptima Red top batteryUpgraded 125 amp alternator (brand new)Fully synthetic motor oil used throughout (Mobil 1 for engine, Redline for transmission, ATE Super blue for brake and clutch systems)All maintenance up to date, timing belt replaced at 77k and 132k, brake pads/rotors in good shape, etc.Original 3sgte and tranny (not a swap) These are the known issues with the car:Sometimes the drivers door lock gets stuckThe flasher relay has a constant buzzing coming from it (bad relay?)-flashers and hazards work fine, its just a bit annoyingWindshield wiper stalk is going bad (wipers work fine, sometimes they decide to come on by themselves once the stalk is tapped or fiddled with)Windshield has two small chips and a small crack on the lower drivers side (2inch "U" shaped see pic)-does not effect drive ability and not noticeable, but did not want to change as the rest of the car is original.Front bumper is starting to chip (see pics-I have touched up but best bet would be to repaint bumper eventually)Knock sensor or knock sensor wiring needs to be replaced (the car throws a code 52-the only code it has thrown)-doesn't effect drive abilityWill need new rear tiresCar was in a minor 10mph collision as reported on Carfax report. Front bumper and hood were replaced at Richmond Toyota in 2006 with all OEM parts-no airbag deployment, no frame damage, no alignment damage or problems . Passenger fender has some dings, nothing too bad, but worth noting. I have tried to be as honest as possible when describing this car. I hope to find a happy new owner for the car as I have one too many so this one has to go. I am sure you wont be disappointed in the car, keep in mind it is a 1993 car so it is by no means perfect-but in pretty good shape.
