Vehicle Detail

I'm listing this car for my father, It has the original 6 cylinder and power glide transmission, however it hasn't been started in a couple of years, and the tires may be dry rotted, so it will need to be trailered or towed if you have a couple of spares! The car is being sold As is! The interior was dry rotted so most of it was removed, it was hand brushed with automotive green paint, the original color was maroon. It has a dent on the drivers side fender, and on the top, I would say the over all condition is poor. It dose have some rust spots on the outside, however I can not see any with the hood open or trunk or under the frame, It isn't "falling apart Yet ". It needs a complete restoration. I'm not sure exactly what the mileage is, but under 200k, he told me the engine was overhauled once and was running fine when last driven and shouldn't take much to get it going. Possibly just a battery and fresh fuel. He could tell me more about it, but I said it probably wouldn't matter because someone will turn this into a Hotrod. Title is in hand. This car will be held with a $250. paypal deposit. .....Added 10-16-2011 The floors are intact and so is the trunk. The body dose have some rust and may be slightly oxidized, but it's not rusted out or beyond refinishing! There are two notible dent bondo repairs from years back that are falling apart! One is on the hood and the other is on the drivers side as you can see in the pics. This car has never been in a serious or notible accident that would of caused frame damage nor is it rusted out. The Green automotive paint is deteriorating and the redish color is primer paint (Not Rust). This car has never been for sale since my Grandmother purchased it new for my Dad in 1966, he's had it ever since! It's only for sale on ebay. Anyone is welcome to come and inspect. But this car will stay listed the full 7 day course and end as scheduled on Saturday. Thx Dan
