no rust at all, its all fiberglass, hummm, well i paid $2000 for the rolling frame, one ton front and rears and fiberglass body, i paid $1500 for the 700r4 and 205 t-case, the motor is a 383 stroker, roller rockers, high performance pistons, not cheap, the cam. and $120 for the oil pan , $600 for custom pullys, $300 for the air cleaner, $500 for the all alum carb. $300 for the wire harness, $120 for the headers, $800 for the custom dash w/ auto meters, and there are other parts..... sooo thats $6,400 not including the cost to build the motor... witch i think was $2,800 .... custom alum radiator oh its still a project, i have 98% of the parts and when done it will be road legal and an amazing off road toy, great winter project i have New body mounts and bolts, New painless wire harness, New March serpentine system installed, New mini high tourqe starter installed, New block hugger headers installed, new black powder coated dimond plate dash, New white face auto meter gagues installed in new dash, slightly used custom Alum radator with electric fan, New alum carberator installed, new custom air cleaners installed, Rebuilt 4 speed auto/ 700r4 with a new 205 transfer case. the motor is a new 383 build with Remanufactured 4 bolt main block - Bored and honed with deck plate - Mains have been Align Honed - Block has been decked - New Dura Bond bearing installed - New Brass freeze plugs and oil galley kit installed - New Eagle 4340 Forged Steel Crank Shaft 3.750 Stroke - New Eagle H-Beam Connecting Rods With ARP Bolts And Bushed Pins - New SRP or Mahle forged pistons, cant remember witch ones but both top quality - New Clevite H-series rod and main bearing - New performance rings hand filed to match Application - New ARP Main Bolts - The complete rotating assembly is balanced - A New set of Roller lifters - (8) New Stainless Steel 2.05 Intake Valves - (8) New Stainless Steel 1.60 Exhaust Valves - (16) New High Performance Valve Springs And Retainers (To Match Camshaft) - heads are iron but have been honed and decked, i have the doors and cap, 2 captian chair front seats, a bunch of other parts!! tires have great tread on them! - - marinermowing383
