Classic 1979 Ford F250. Truck was purchased from a widower who's husband bought it brand new in 1979. He was an over the road trucker and drove it to the trucking yard once a week. When he passed away the wife never moved the pickup. My dad bought it in 1996 from her and I used it to drive to high school and college. In 1994, I bought a new truck and stored this one at my parents house in a barn. Now it is taking up space and has to go as I need to raise money to buy new equipment for my veterinary practice. The gallery picture was taken at Horsetooth Reservior in Fort Collins when I was going to CSU. The engine is a 400ci 4bbl and was torn down and all gaskets were replaced less than 6,000 miles ago. Engine does not hesitate or smoke at all. It has a 3 speed column automatic transmission. trans was also torn apart and gone through. It was flushed, filter replaced ,and bands adjusted. Trans is also in perfect working order. My parents have used it haul small loads around their yard with no problems for the last 10 years. In the pictures you'll see toolboxes that are mot included with the truck. They are just being stored in it. Bed of truck has oak inserts that are in decent shape. The interior is in immaculent condition. It has never been smoked in. Seats are clean and rip free. The exterior does have some rust spots on the cab corners and bottoms of the rear fenders. Spots are about fist size but not throught the sheet metal. Pickup has duel gas tanks and holds 57 gallons of gas. Vehicle is capable of either two (rear) wheel or four wheel drive by locking the front hubs. Driver's side of rear bumper is pushed in a little. Other than that the body is straight. Diamond plate bedrails are included. All lights and equipent work flawlessly. Great classic truck for a bargain.
