Up for sale is my 2004 Chevy Silverado 4x4 Ext Cab Z71 Pickup. I bought this vehicle used and it was a (1) owner before me. My only reason for selling this is I just found a diesel pickup that I really want to buy, otherwise I would keep this truck. It should last a very long time if taken care of! Here is some info about the truck. Engine- 5.3 V8 engine that has alot of power with very decent fuel mileage. The truck averages around town 16mpg and gets up to 19.5 on the highway. Runs very smooth, engine oil was just changed along with the engine coolant and thermostat for preventive maintenance. Transmission- 3.73 gears that comes standard with the Z71 off road package, pulling power along with much better gas mileage than 4.10s. Shifts smooth and the transmission was just flushed and I had full synthetic oil put in it, receipt in hand for this. Was about $200 Overall Body- It's a 2004 model so its by far not a new truck if thats what you are looking for, hood has some rock chips in hood and scratches on the sides. The hood has 2 small dents as you can see in the picture from the previous owner hitting a deer, the truck had a brush guard and it bent it back to the hood placing 2 small dents, no other damage occurred from this and the brush guard was removed and thrown away. There is also a small dent on the roof on the drivers side as shown in picture, not sure how this happened It was like this when I purchased it as well. I got a quote on fixing these 3 dents and also painting the entire truck to remove the dents it was $150 and to remove the dents and have a full paintjob (top of the line paintjob at Maaco) was $1200, thats sanded down to bare metal and repainted. Unless you are very particular you most likely won't want a paintjob. They do awesome work at Maaco though, well at least the one here in hagerstown, md. Interior- The interior is very clean, it has a little wear on the drivers seat you can see in the picture. Clean with normal wear and tear. Has Power Windows, Locks, Mirrors that are also heated, Rear Window Defroster. Keyless Entry I have (2) remotes with 3 or 4 total keys. Has Illuminated Rear View Mirror with Tempature Display. Extras- The truck has a spray in bedliner (over the rail) and its a Herculiner Black in color. Title. I DO have a lien on the vehicle, it will be paid off and usually takes (5) business days for the lien release from the bank. Is there anything wrong with the truck? or anything that needs fixed? The rear drivers door needs a new door handle, (its a $10 part here on ebay). The transmission oil temp gauge needs reset, my old truck did the exact same thing, the needle is down below the zero mark. Not sure what this would cost now, the last time I had my other truck with this same problem it was $80. The truck was just maryland inspected and passed but ran out due to time. Since then the front 2 windows were tinted 20% so that will need to come off if a MD resident purchases the truck. Tires are about 60%. Brakes Rotors and everything else passed with no problems. Kelly Blue Book Value As you can see the Retail on this vehicle is $16790!!!!! Thats what a dealer would be asking for the truck. I'm only ASKING for "FAIR" value pretty much. $13,500 OR BEST OFFER!!!!!!!!!! Make a reasonable offer and I will most likely take it, I want this diesel pick up before it sells. Don't bid unless you have funds IN HAND and ready to buy. $500 deposit within 24hrs of end of auction, no excuses!
