Clean and clear title in hand. Vehicle has no dash warning lights on, good suspension, good tires, good brakes, good exhaust system, all powers are working, engine and transmission both seem to be in proper working order as well. The vehicle has a small rust spot on the left rear whell well area. The water pump has a slight leak and the valve cover gasket is leaking too.
