You are bidding on a 1946 Mercury Coupe with a Stock Flathead engine and a 3 Speed manual trans. The actual mileage that is showing on the odometer is 68,989, but I am not sure if that has been working properly... The body is in very good shape. The are some dings in the passenger door and some rust which is shown in the last 2 pictures. I purchased this car about 6 years ago from the proverbial elderly lady in Wisconsin that kept her deceased husbands car stored in a garage for several years after his death.. Car has been repainted at some time, but the paint looks half- way decent. A new 50's style rolled and pleated red interior was stitched and installed in the car this winter.. The car also comes with a Fulton Sunvior, Working Spotlight, And Fender Skirts!!!!!! The car had a new battery installed last fall and the brake were recently redone..The rest of the electrical system seems to work well and all of the guages except the oil pressure guage work. the oil pressure gauge was replaced with a mechanical gauge. The windows work, but there is a crack in the drivers side window and the drivers door lock does not work with a key. The car was driven to local car shows last year. the car does need some TLC, but could be driven as is or converted into a nice street rod. The car can be a great driver as you play with it "project."..
