Up for auction is a 1953 M38A1, Serial # 60669. This Jeep is in very good condition for being as old as it is. The body is very straight with very, very little body work needed for the person restoring it. The floor pan on the driver side needs a little TLC, but nothing major as far as I would be concerned. This had a small block V8, which I removed. It has Dana 44 axles on it. The hood, grill, fenders are all intact and in good to great if not better shape. Tranny/Transfer case are in the vehicle. With the Jeep comes an instrument cluster/gauges, steering column, rear lights, The windshield is in very new condition. This is sold AS-IS, AS SEEN, AS LISTED!! I am looking for good feedback, so please be aware of what you are buying. This Jeep needs work to be put back together, which means time and money. For someone looking for a clean and very straight starter, this is the one. Or for parts that are hard to find (rust free).
