I've had this bike since 2002 or so, rode it every other weekend, then from 2006 to now it's just sat. Recently I took it out, drained the carb, it started right up. This bike is extremely powerful being a 2-stroke 250. Can wheelie on pavement. It would be a good project to fix up. But it runs just fine as is. It's pretty beat up (looking), but I just put a new chain and front and rear brake pads on it. I took a lot of the plastic panels off to polish and clean them, as well as the front headlight. So they are here just off the bike. I'll put them back on before you pick it up. If you're looking for a cheap powerful bike to mess around with this is it! Bike was bought in NH where there is no Titling or registering of dirtbikes so bike comes with no papers just a bill of sale. The carb overflow tube drips a few times per day of gas.. but it's not bad at all. Maybe the fuel cutoff valve is slightly leaking or something. Also the front brake lever is snapped in half. Comes with the service manual. Must pick up by monday the 10th. I'm moving that day so you HAVE to pick it up then. Cash only please.
