******** 1980 JEEP CJ7- great restoration project approximately 70% finished******* It's Classic and looks great! I have up for bids a 1980 Jeep CJ7 that is a restoration project which I have ran out of time to finish. It's a classic and looks great! It does run strong with a straight 6 (258) engine and 4 speed manual transmission. Upgrades include a recent paint job (less than 2 years according to pervious owner), heavy duty brush guard/front bumper w/winch mounting plate, nerf/side step bumpers frame welded and new steering wheel. Other features include: Replaced or repaired floor pans. Interior sprayed with bedliner type coating. 33X13.5 Super Swamper tires (passengers front tires has cosmetic damage to tread blocks, see photos). Bikini cover. Drivers area storage cover, does have a normal wear and tear. Extra/leftover can of paint from paint job. Major items that need repair: It will need some wiring work, probably electrical lighting harness. Currently, the horn, headlights and turn signals do not work. The odometer will need to be replaced, current beyond mechanical limits (shows milage at 81283?). The heater core has been removed. Before you bid, be sure of what you are bidding on!
