The winner of this auction will receive a fully loaded 2009 Sapphire Metallic (BLACK) 328i hardtop Convertible w/ beautful saddle brown leather. I built and ordered the vehicle from Savage BMW in Ontario, California. The car was ordered with every single Package BMW offered for the 2009 model year, including the revamped iDrive, the same one that is currently used in the 2012 series of BMW's. The car has: Never been late for regular maintenance.Never been in an accident. Only been filled with Premium Gas. Hand Washed once a week. Parked in an indoor Garage since purchase.The back seat is always folded down for protectionIt has only been sat in two times in 2.8 years. It is literally brand new. Is truly fully loaded and comes with $0 out of pocket maintenance costs for 6 years + Extended warranty Full tire & wheel coverage. Some Facts about the car: The car was purchased with the maintenance upgrade package ($1895.00), which gives the owner (it is transferable, I checked) the satisfaction of having to spend $0 on all maintenance…. And I mean all maintenance, even Oil Changes, Brake Pads (replaced 30 days ago), wiper blades etc.. for six years or a 100,000 miles. The Car was also purchased with the Tire and Wheel Warranty Package ($895.00). The car is completely covered for 5 years of any and all damage to the tires and wheels. Replacement is completely free and can be done at any BMW dealer in North America. The convertible has had two flat tires since I purchased it, which means the winner of this auction receives a car that has literally two brand new tires, valued at $400 each and will still continue to be covered for future damage to any of the tires through the majority of 2013. The Car is still covered under its BMW’s standard manufacture warranty, which covers the car for 4 years or 50,000 miles (whichever comes first).
