1973 Plymouth Duster. The title and Vin # match and reflect this vehicle being a 1971 Plymouth Duster. The body of the car however is a 1973. The title is a rebuild as the vehicle was in an accident and had to be repaired. This car has been titled, registered, insured and driven on the roads in Nevada with no issues. The car is 99% rust free including floor pans (desert car) and other than the one dented quarter and a few minor dings the car is straight. Drives and runs great it has a 1984 Dodge “LA” 360ci motor. New rod and main bearings. New oil pump and new gaskets on the bottom end. Torqueflite 727 transmission with B&M shifter. Ford Explorer 8.8" rear end. 3.73 gears with a factory posi unit. Great tires all around. New Summit brand polished aluminum wheels. Manual front disc brake, big bolt pattern. Custom driveshaft. Proper small block V8 K-member and Schumacher motor mounts. Brand new Mopar distributor unit, new Mopar 8mm plug wires, new ballast resistor, new control module and brand new Mopar coil. New dash pad cover. Light weight bucket seats out of a 1970s Dodge van. Passenger seat loose. Radiator and battery about 3 years old. Holley carb no choke. Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold. Headers. Dual exhaust (not complete) with cutouts. Car burns a little oil. Fires right up. The transmission is tight and the motor does not knock or ping. The only reason we are selling it is because we do not have the time or money to finish it up. We bought this as a rolling shell from someone planning to make it a drag car. Speedometer does not currently work.Windshield is sand pitted. Study pictures carefully.
