1966 Mustang Coupe with Pony interior, original 6 cylinder engine, and stock A/C unit. Needs body and engine work. Solid and beautiful vehicle. Was purchased from Florida 11 years ago and a complete restoration was done. It was used as a daily driver for three years. Is currently being garaged but restoration needs to be done. I do not have the time to restore her. Will run with little effort but hasn't been driven in a few years. It also needs some interior work but nothing too extensive. The Pony interior is in extremly good condition. A perfect project car for experienced or inexperienced restorers. I kept it as original as possible. I hate to see it go but I just dont have the time to give it the care it needs. On Sep-10-11 at 08:03:54 PDT, seller added the following information: The body is in good condition, there is a few spots of surface rust around the upper door frames and windshields. There are two areas with a little more rust damage; the trunk lid and a small scrap on the passenger side fender. The rest of the car is solid. When we restored it we cut all rust completely out and welded new sheet medal on. It will obviously need a paint job as well. The engine hasn't been started in over four years. The battery is dead. It needs a little work to warm it up and get it to turn over but its to be expected on a car that hasn't need driven in so long. Once it's driven, it shouldn't have a problem. I'm very realistic about the worth of the car in this condition but I also understand its value. I do encourage buyers to make offers.
