Private party, selling my gorgeous 2007 Lexus IS250, clean title (no accidents certified by carrfax), automatic, white pearl, black leather interior, premium and sports packages, FULLY LOADED, xenon headlights, 18inch sport wheels, mark levinson premium sound, paddle-shifters Features convience/premium and x package upgrades from teh dealer (original sticker price was $38k, window sticker included with manuals in glovebox). Kelly Blue Book has appraised the private party value as $26,300 and Carmax gave me a written offer for an amount slightly less than my asking price (I figured I could try selling it for a little more than they offered).. So my price is firm. Dealer maintained (all service records available), factory warranty fully transferable. Registration is paid until may 2012 and i have the California title paid off (no loans or liens) on hand ready to sign to the new over immediately. The car has been dealer maintained from day one, and we have 2 keys, owners manuals and complete service history with stamped service book, all current and up-to-date.
