Forsale is a 1984 Mercedes 300SD. This has been my daily driver for the past six months. I bought it from a friend whos parents were the original owners. The vehicle spent all of its life in Arizona and has never seen the snow. It runs good and is very clean for a 1984. I have been getting around 26MPG with mostly city driving. It has good tires and will be a reliable car for the lucky new owner. The A/C is still working too. There are typical scratches and a few small dings for a car this age. Also, the rear driver side power window needs a new regulator. I may fix this depending on the final bid price. I have tried to perform all of the needed maintenance including new fuel filters, oil changes and transmission filter and fluid change. Please serious bidders only Ask questions too. On Sep-09-11 at 18:32:52 PDT, seller added the following information: I have added the picture of the engine and dash. I was able to clean off the crud on the dash pretty good. There must have been a dash cover and the adhesive from that was still on parts of the dash. It seemed to clean off pretty good. Also, I forgot to mention that the SRS light is on for the air bag. I wasn't to concerned about an air bag in a 1984 in fact I would prefer something that old not going off in the event of a crash. In addition, I found a worn out control rod bushing on the front suspension that I am having replaced. I am hoping to get that into the shop early next week before the auction ends.
