Up for auction is a 1963 Studebaker Hawk Gran Tourismo. The car has it's original 289 cubic inch Studebaker 225 horse motor and Flight-o-matic auto transmission. Motor runs nice and does not smoke. Car yard drives however it will need brakes. Only 4,009 sold in 1963. The car appears to be complete, rear armrests have been taken off but I have them as well as the jack and spare tire. It will need a complete restoration including floors and partial trunk pan as it it is an unrestored original, however all sheet metal and restoration parts are highly available on line and through Hemmings Motor news. www.classicent.com/coupes_hawks.php is one of the sites that has sheet metal available for this car. www.studebakervendors.com is also a great resource.
