Rare and unique 1964 Ford Thunderbird Landau Vinyl Top for sale!!! Here is a rare car that could be a great custom ride, perfect restoration project or daily driver for someone. This car could also be a perfect parts car for the right person restoring a 64-66 T-bird. Interior is in good shape for an almost 50yr old car, and all chrome trim is present (which is rare), and most of the chrome is in good condition. Front and rear bumpers are pitted and mild rust is present, but overall chrome condition is good. The interior is wired for power windows & seats. The body is relatively straight with mild, workable dents in the rear drivers quarter panel, rear back of car by the reverse light and passenger front quarter panel. As seen in the pictures, there is cancer (rust) present on the rear passenger quarter panel, but I have a full replacement panel. Interior floor pans need patchwork and trunk pan needs replacing. In the interest of full disclosure this model car was built uni-body style so this project would likely need sandblasting before resoration began. This car is 50 years old, expect it to look that way. Car has no engine or transmission and is sold as a roller. The winning bidder will get a replacement hood (although i do not think the existing one needs replacing) and whole rear passenger quarter panel ($1,200 worth of parts if you have ever priced T-bird parts!!). To my knowledge the entire car is all original. I have the original 390 engine & C-6 transmission (matching numbers) and for the right price I can be convinced to part with those as well, but i pulled it to use in another project (call or message if interested in this). This project has the potential to be an cool restoration or a custom led-sled if you so desire. I have done my best to describe this car as it appears.
