Here is two 51 Studebaker 3 pass. business coupes. One has been stripped and epoxy primed and the other on is completely together . The one that is together is 1 of ten that was produced . I have a letter from Studebaker club stating that is was originally shipped to Mexico . Feel free to ask any questions . On Sep-07-11 at 06:39:01 PDT, seller added the following information: Hope this help clear up some questions about the car n the pix , was built in south bend then shipped to mexico in CKD form (if u know what that means), and then assembled in a distributor owned plant in mexico city. there were on 34 1951 sold out side of the us and canada ten or less were assembled in mexico which had back seats ( business coupes). The Q1 designation indicates that the car has deluxe trim. and for info . the car was also mentioned in turning wheels in may 1979 issue . its also a champion with an original commander V8 engine.
