Up for auction is a very nice 1966 Chevrolet El Camino. It has a 350 small block V8 and 350 transmission. It also features two tone paint, rally wheels, RV cam, Edlebrock Carburetor, B&M shifter and shift kit, and a Torker II intake manifold. I took this car in a trade a few years ago with dreams of finishing it and making it a true street performer. It has been sitting in my garage ever since. Dreams and priorities change, so here I am today. The car runs, drives and shifts well. The odometer reads 72,818 but the speedometer does not work, so I have no real idea as to the actual miles. The transmission was rebuilt just before I obtained it. However I noticed some leaking of tranny fluid and oil when I pulled it out and drove it. The ignition switch needs to be replaced, it starts but can be temperamental at times. The tail lights currently do not work and the drivers side window is off its track. There is a small crack in the rear pannel that is in one of the pictures. Overall it's in pretty good shape for a 45 year old vehicle. With a little bit of work and TLC this could be an AMAZING Ride. It has a clean title and is currently registered for California. This is a no reserve auction, so bid early and often to win this piece of American automotive history.
