This is my 1987 Jeep Cherokee. I have owned it for just a few months it was a good friend or mine before. He recently got married mad me an offer to buy it a few months ago and i did. Since then i have bought a boat and dont have money or space to store them both. So here are the modes witch were all done in the last year and a half: Rusty Long Arm Suspension, 4 link Front and Leaf Springs in Rear, Dana 44 Front and Rear, 5.13 gears Front and Rear, Spool in Rear, Detroit truetrac in Front, Chrome Ally Rear axle shafts, 38x12.50x15 super swampers, Rusty's Front skid Plate, Spicer U Joints everywhere. I have been on trail rides in this vehicle it has been everywhere @ Etna Mountain and Mountain Side ORV. It preforms excellently. 4.0 Motor runs GREAT NO LEAKS ANYWHERE. This jeep has not been mistreated it is not like most rock crawlers on ebay where someone builds a vehicle wears it completly out and then sells it. This Jeep is ready to go now and if it is taken care of it will last many years. All gages on inside except speedometer work. Speedometer has probably been disconnected because of the gear swap. AC was working in spring but stopped since then. I am sure it is just low on freon. The only thing that needs to be done is the front right axle seal is busted. it needs to be replaced any shad tree mechanic can do this for probably less than $100.
