Vehicle Detail
For sale is my trusty old Honda 200x. I am the second owner of this ATC, I have had it a long time.It is currently registered / green sticker and I have the Title in my name. FOR A YouTube VIDEO of it running and lights etc.copy & paste the line below into your internet browser:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GlBYGHimsdUOr just search YouTube for " atc 200x California" It has the Honda 4-stroke 200cc engine, & front and rear suspension.as you can see from the photos it's well used, there is probably not a square inch of this thingthat doesn't have scratches or wear, but the frame is straight the bike is solid. In the interest of being 100% truthful, the rear axle has a very slight wobble, totally unnoticeable in the dirt.. ( I have had this up to about 45mphon dry pavement recently and under those conditions there is a small vibration from one of the rear wheels )It's mostly stock, I have a DG power exhaust pipe & header on it, ( with supertrap spark arrestor )and a K&N air filter. I moved the main jet up one size to match the pipe + air filter with good results.it is a 5 speed manual clutch. ( standard 1 down 4 up pattern ) it has had a fresh set of clutch disks put in about 4years augo, clutch holds very well. the axle bearings were replaced at that time as well.the headlight works VERY well ( its a 55watt KC light ) Has an Amber Led tail light. The ATC comes with the Two sets of rear rims & Tires shown. the set that is on it are 18" turf tamers. Great for sliding corners & fast acceleration. The other set are the stock size 22" ATC tires, these are about 85% new, great tread and ground clearance, I use them for climbing up and over stuff , and in the mud.this thing has been reliable for me it has been out Every riding season at least 2-3 times minimum.it's not much to look at, but its never let me down. Its got hours on the motor for sure, It has had onefresh piston and ring set put in around 1999-2000. been runnin strong since. It does burn a little oilat this point, leaks a little too. ( are there any this old that dont? ) it doesn't seem to bother it much , just keeps on runnin. The gas tank is actually white, I have a sheet of Red vinyl sticker material stuck over it because I thought itwould look good red? The fenders are completely shot! zip ties every where! I never really foundit a priority to buy new ones ( they are still available from maier-mfg.com )the seat has a few tears in the cover, I duct' taped em. ( see photo )as you can see I also added a set of plastic foot guards from a honda 450 quad. they fit pretty goodand really helps the safety factor , Especially when my wife rides this :) Dont know what else to say really, if you like old ATC's then I guess you know what you are lookin at.it's certainly not a show bike, ...but it's ready to ride right now!feel free to ask any questions.I have NO Idea how you would ship something like this???so I am listing this for local pickup. If you have a way of transporting it, contact me. I can put it on a pallet & drop it off in orange county californiaif you make all the arrangements.thanks for looking
