Up for auction is a 1947 Ford Coupe project car. The car has had a lot of work done to it, has many parts that come with it and it just needs to be finished. It has a clear Wisconsin title. The frame and suspension are basically done. It was sandblasted and painted and all the brake and fuel lines are in the car. The chassis is an S-10 pick-up which really fits well. See the picture of the backseat area - only needed minor floor modification. Front suspension has been completely rebuilt with ball joints and tie rod ends. It has new leaf springs in the back and new shocks all the way around. It has a rebuilt Chevy Nova 10 bolt rear end in it also along with a new gas tank. It has disc brakes all the way around along with the emergency brake cables already installed. It's set-up for a small block Chevy and and an automatic transmission. There is a good core engine and transmission in it- see the pictures. There is a new Flaming River steering column and linkage along with power steering already in the car. The body is all steel and very good. Left front fender has a small patch already done and the right front still needs a small patch. The doors are excellent along with the rear fenders. Floors are all done and very good- has a flat firewall and custom transmission tunnel. License and tail lights are both recessed. All the trim holes in the body have been welded shut. Body work is started but needs to be finished. A new rear roll pan also comes with the car. There are many parts with the car- dash trim(new from Bob Drake), all new door, trunk, and window seals, all the exterior trim, front seats(from a late model car) & seat brackets, headlight buckets, trunk shocks, late model master cylinder, tail lights, hood hinges, sill plates, gas filler tube, trunk handle, door handles, garnish moldings, fan blower, and many more misc. parts and hardware.
