1968 Chevelle SS Here is a great opportunity to own a classic Chevrolet muscle car in excellent condition for a price that won't break your wallet. This is an actual SS car, it's easy to tell on the 68 because of the VIN starting with 138. Lots of fake SS cars out there. This car runs and sounds great. The paint job is excellent and there is NO RUST anywhere on the car. Most of the restoration was done by a previous owner but I did have the automatic transmission rebuilt 2 years ago. It has the TH400 transmission and I installed a B&M shift kit when the transmission was rebuilt (original console goes with the car). The previous owner had the engine rebuilt about 5,000 miles ago. The car gets driven very little and is always garaged. The interior is in excellent shape, the seats and headliner are in perfect condition with no rips or tears. Carpet is in good shape but has some wear. All gauges, lights, wipers, signals, and heater work but needs a new radio and speakers in the rear. There is no A/C in the car. The car is very straight and rides great. Some other features: 12 bolt posi rear end Power Steering Drum Brakes all around but are in great shape Hate to sell but need to make room in the garage.
