New filters, brakes, Sony speakers, spark plugs, distributor cap, rotor, wire set, and primed & sanded - ready for new paint. Rebuilt transmission at an estimated 80K miles from invoice. Recent oil change done at a dealership, transmission fluid change, radiator flush and carburetor cleaning. Also it was usually driven with premium gasoline. All it really needs is 3 new tires (with wheel alignment). Nice sound car – can be sold for thousands with a little interior and body work (just check the price of other 70s' Cadillacs!). Current tags expired in Nov 2010. I only have the previous owner’s registration and the bill of sale, no title. Sold as is, where is. If you are looking for a good daily driver or nice classic fixer-upper, this car is for you. I cannot afford to pay gas or register it, and I need money for rent.
