Vehicle Detail
1993 Chevrolet Caprice VIN: 1G1BL53E1PW120720 Here’s another clean, nice Chevy Caprice we’ve recently acquired for our great Ebay customers. This Boulevard cruiser is in overall super condition. I just love it when we get in these cars. My name’s Mark Thompson and my direct phone number is 206/914-1173. You’re welcome and encouraged to stop by to inspect this Caprice and take it out for a test drive. This is a great looking & driving cruiser wearing its factory original light blue metallic paint in good condition with only some minor dents and scratches as shown. The powerful 5.0L V8 engine starts right up, idles smoothly, runs strong and has no overheating issues. As expected, the automatic transmission shifts smoothly. Power options on the car include the windows, door locks, steering and brakes. The factory wheels are straight and true with the matched P225/75R15 radials with at least 60%+ all around. If you are looking for a vehicle that will handle long distance driving, country roads, or even a great daily commuter this is the rig for you. When we got this car in, it was so clean a detail wasn’t necessary. What you see in the photos is the result of a wash and vacuum only! Rust? Please! Cars here in the Pacific Northwest hate body rust and I find absolutely nothing to worry about here! Yes, we get a bit of drizzly rain, but hardly ever any snow so our winter roads are never salted. Please feel free to climb over, under and around this cruiser - I know you’ll come up smiling! Though it reads 75,000 miles on the clock, we do not believe these are the accurate based on the AutoCheck report. With that said though, the engine and transmission drive-out as if they are only getting warmed up and should provide a great ride for years to come with just continued routine maintenance. About the only negatives I’ve run across driving the car daily for the past three weeks are: The A/C needs to be recharged, there are several cracks on the top of the dash (as pictured) and the left rear window has trouble going up smoothly. Other than that, I love the car and would drive it anywhere, including a long-distance road trip, starting today! Note: We will NEVER, EVER “shill” or falsely "bump-up" an auction (a violation of eBay rules and also Federal Law). Because of the amount of money involved in buying a vehicle, we require that new Ebay members with a feedback history of five or fewer transactions or ANY negative feedback call or email before placing a bid. If I don’t have this initial contact, your bid may be cancelled. The phone number to talk directly to me, as outlined above, is 206/914-1173. Please feel free to call any time during the auction. My name is MARK THOMPSON. TERMS OF SALE: You’re encouraged to check the photos over closely and call me with any questions BEFORE you place a bid! Come by and drive the Lincoln at our premises during business hours if you’re in the area. DEALERS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME TO BID AS WELL! Additionally, we reserve the right to end the auction early if the car is no longer for sale or an acceptable offer has been agreed upon. A nonrefundable $500 deposit is due within 24 hours of the auction’s end if you’re the winning bidder. The remaining balance is due by cash or certified funds within seven days unless prior arrangements have been made with us. Remember, you are bidding to buy and I fully expect the winning bidder to fulfill their Ebay contract! You are not bidding to hold, inspect or then come test-drive the vehicle later! You’re more than welcome to do this before the auction ends. Summer is always a great time for a road trip, so you might want to consider flying in to Sea-Tac International and driving this rig home. I’m always happy to meet a buyer at the airport if you want to pick the Chevy up in person. If you do decide to have the car shipped home, there are numerous vehicle transport companies to choose from. We ship vehicles regularly and I'd suggest that you get a transport bid from www.U-ship.com. Transporters will bid delivery of the vehicle and you'll be able to choose who you want to use. The zip code for pick-up would be 98028 to get an instant on-line quote from either source. The shipping of the vehicle and company chosen are the responsibility of the BUYER. The Caprice can be kept free of charge at our location for up to two weeks after the auction ends assuming full payment has been made. After this period we’ll charge $15 per day storage. We’re open for vehicle pickup everyday 10 to 6. Additional Terms and Requirements: The Buyer will be responsible for the licensing requirements in their state of residence. If you live here in Washington we’ll need to collect the 9.8% sales tax, title preparation, transfer and registration fees (this means if you live out-of-state the only amount we’ll collect from you is a $50 Document fee). Because the Caprice is advertised and for sale locally, we reserve the right to cancel this auction early if the car is no longer available for sale online. The vehicle is sold as-is, where-is, with no warranty expressed or implied. All information described above is based on the observed condition when the listing was placed. I've done my very best to describe the car as honestly as possible, so please don’t be upset if I miss something minor or you’re required to spend a small amount on some unforeseen issue. No used car is perfect! Having said that, I wouldn’t hesitate to drive this car home cross-country today! The State of Washington shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes. Venue shall be exclusively in King County. The final contract signed between both buyer and seller shall be binding. The final signed contract and terms thereof shall govern the sale. All disputes arising out of or relating to this auction, any negotiations, the signed agreement, or to the breach, enforcement or interpretation thereof, shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Washington, in accordance with the terms contained in the final sale agreement and under the laws of the State of Washington.
