Vehicle Detail
For sale is a 1990 Nissan 300zx N/A. The engine has 175,600 miles on it, but had a fair bit of rebuilding done in less than 25,000 miles ago, including the rear seal, motor mount, various gaskets, timing belt, etc. I have replaced the water pump and speed sensor as well as maintenance such as plugs, oil, and filters. It has a book full of maintenence that dates all the way back to 1993, as any well maintained vehicle should. There is nothing wrong with the powertrain. It has a 6 speaker stereo system with a 200 watt amp, but recently someone unsuccessfully attempted to steal it so all the wires are disconnected. It was functional before this, however. The leather interior needs work as well, as the drivers seat is well worn, various trim bits are worn or broken, and the carpet/mats have seen better days. While the t-tops do not leak, there is a bolt broken on the drivers side window that allows it to leak, but only if the vehicle is in motion. The body is also in need of repair, as the front drivers side fender is dented and there are some dents/scratches on the rear passenger side. There are quite a few areas with damaged and peeling paint. The engine runs well, with much maintenance done. It has a Jun flywheel and Cyclone clutch, which both have an excellent feel. There is also a custom exhaust that sounds great. A cold air K&N style intake is installed. The battery was recently replaced under warranty, however the cars security system will drain it dead if allowed to sit for more the 2 weeks. The engine does have a loud belt squeak that is evident with started. After warm up, it goes away as long as the car is kept below 3,500 rpm. The 5 speed gearbox shifts smoothly and all indicators and displays work. Cruise control is not operational, however. It is in need of new tires quickly, as the ones on it are well worn. The suspension is fair, excluding a tie rod end that needs replacing and contributes to a shaking at interstate speeds (75 mph+). The brakes are excellent with drilled rotors. It has a clear Texas title. Overall the steering is tight and the car is fun to drive. It would make an excellent car with a bit of love, but is drive-able now, just needing new tires. The car will be available for pickup or shipping details can be worked out after the sale. All shipping is in the hands of the buyer. Email zamazz10@hotmail.com for more information or questions. Please only bid if you intend to pay, as I am in a hurry to sell the car.
