1970 Honda CB

This bike has been sitting in my mothers garage for the past two years. It's time for someone to take care of it. I only rode it for a few weeks before it died. I bought a "new" engine off Ebay ( I think there are about 15k miles on it), installed it, but never had the time or know how to get it running properly again. It hasn't been started for about two years, but last time I tried it would run in neutral and first but wouldn't switch to any other gear. I did do some cosmetic work which consists of pulling dents and repainting the tank, covering the side covers with carbon fiber and general cleaning. I also cleaned out the inside of the tank and put a rust preventative coating in it. The seat is in perfect condition and all the lights and indicators work.
