1998 Ford F150 for sale for "fixer upper" or for parts. It back fired in the driveway after driving/shutting it off then trying to restart it (June 2011). We have not worked on the problem, may need something fairly simple? Used engine with approx. 130,000 miles on it put in approx. 2 years ago New fuel pump put in approx. 2 years ago 4 wheel drive works ***NEEDS BATTERY*** Tires are fairly new Pioneer CD player (has not worked and has not been worked on in the last couple years) Hitch is included Bed liner in good condition Interior is a "country truck" with dirt and stains from everyday wear. Exterior has very little rust but does have some minor bumps and bruises! Crack in windshield started as a stone chip and grew... Heater did not work last year (2010) - piece shown in picture on floor is how we have gotten the heater to work. Worked great when last driven. Has been a great truck and would love to keep it for a farm truck if we had the time and room to work on it!! On Aug-16-11 at 13:09:38 PDT, seller added the following information: I have owned the vehicle since 4/15/2005. I just read the total history, I'm not aware of the vehicle being leased...that was before I purchased it from the Ford Dealership. The accident reported was a deer. ***note*** tailgate needs to be lifted up when shut. It does close but needs to be lifted up to align.
