Vehicle Detail
I have for sale a 1933 3-window Ford Coupe with a steel body, original running boards, only the front fenders are glass. It features a 4-piece original steel hood, a very nice grill, a working crank-out windshield, an original chrome back bumper, all of the glass is good and tinted, has bucket seats but does need an interior. It has power windows, power brakes, power steering, an original style Lokar floor shift. All of the gauges work, has an AM-FM cassette radio, all of the lights and windshield wipers work. It has a floor mounted emergency brake and has passed a 23-point NSRA safety inspection. It has four new diamond back wide whitewall tires, 14s on the front, 15s on the rear with rally rims, bullet caps and hot rod beauty rings. It has disc brakes on the front and drum brakes on the rear. It has a chassis engineering 4-link setup on the rear with a rare Watts system hooked up on the rear-end. It also has chrome coil over shocks on the rear. The underneath of the body is excellent with no rust or undercoating. It has commercial headlights with built-in turn signals. The automatic transmission is an aluminum B&M 3-speed turbo. There are two dime-sized rust spots on the bottom of the driver's side door. These are shown in the photos above. The trunk has no rust, it was originally a rumble seat but was professionally changed to a trunk. The battery is located in the trunk. The engine is a 1969 Chevy 327cu in. and has been rebuilt with a mild cam. It has a HEI ignition system. It has 6 2-barrel gold plated Stromberg 97 carburetors (which are built by Charles Price from Vintage Speed of Florida) and sit on a polished aluminum Offenhauser intake. All the gas lines on the intake and the linkage to the carburetors are highly polished stainless steel. The 6 2-barrel carburetors have the old school hot rod chrome air scoops. The new alternator is a polished billet aluminum. The cooling system has a new Walker radiator with an electric fan that is controlled by the ignition switch. The engine runs cool and never heats up. This vehicle is titled as a 1933 Ford. I also have a photo album with all of the bills and bill sheet for the car. Overall this is a very nice 1933 3-window Ford Coupe, it is my daily driver and I wouldn't be afraid to head to the West coast in it (from Ohio). The car is sold “as is” with no other claims being made either explicit or implied and is also for sale locally therefore, if sold prior to the auction ending, I reserve the right to end the auction early. Shipping/pick-up arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer, however I will assist in loading and however I can if needed. Please feel free to call with any questions (330) 608-1765.A deposit of $1000.00 will be required within 48 hours of auctions ending time and the remaining balance within seven (7) days of auctions end. Neither this vehicle nor the title will be released until full payment has cleared and is satisfied.
