Hello and thanks for viewing this No Reserve Auction. I am a small, licensed, bonded, and insured car dealer located approx. 30 minutes West of Baton Rouge, La. This is a 2004 Hyundai Accent. The car is equipped with a great running 4 cylinder engine and automatic transmission. The engine runs fine and is very clean. It has no leaks. The transmission has an issue. When cold, the transmission shifts out fine. But once the car warms up, it will not go into overdrive. The check engine light is on, and the code reader says "number 4 gear ratio incorrect". Please note that it can be driven, but with a "safe" top speed of about 40 mph. The interior is very clean. The exterior has a couple of dings on the passenger side as seen in the pictures. The rear strut on the passengar side makes a little noise. The A/C blows ice cold. The stereo works fine. Please take note of the transmission problem. I am not a mechanic and have stated everything I know about it. It may be a simple fix, it may need a transmission. I just don't know.
