**PLEASE READ THE LISTING BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS** Hi! Relisted for auction thanks to a nonpaying bidder is an operational 850i. I was able to start her up today with a jump ( Monday 8 August 2011). It was totaled after a short burned up one of the oxygen sensors near the exhaust system under the engine. The car would turn on and idle afterwards, however the batteries have died since storage. The cab interior and body exterior were not damaged. The engine bay will require wiring replacement as well as the thermal blanketing around the transmission. The oxygen sensors and engine wiring harness will also need replacing. The car is chipped for 300 HP by JET chips. Magnaflow mufflers and high flow catalytic converters installed along with Ractive oval tips yields a smooth purring at idle. All power accessories work such as windows, AC, and so on. Driver's side power window and sunroof motors were disconnected at the shop. Additional deficiencies noted: instruments not functional, CD magazine missing from CD player in trunk. I had intended to either rebuild this car or strip it for parts, but financial situation requires sale soon. I will not part out, please don't ask. Buyer will need to arrange pick up by tow. Be advised the car is currently located in Elizabeth City, NC 27909. The front tires are a pair of fairly new Kumho Ecsta 235/45R17 94H with about 3500 miles of wear.
