This is a st90 honda scooter. As is. not running. missing parts. does turn over and shifts. I was going to try to start it but the plug wire is broken, and the carb is loose. When I turn the engine over, I do not hear anything abnormal. I do not have a title. I am not sure what year this bike is, or the miles. I will not ship. This is a pick up item only. I would be able to travel and meet the buyer but not over 50 or 60 mi, preferably.
