Vehicle Detail

Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 This is a nicely restored 1966 Ford Mustang coupe! Candy apple red with Wimbledon white racing stripes. It has a very strong V8 with lots of upgrades: Shelby aluminum high rise, Shelby Cobra valve covers, Shelby optional cam, Shelby lifters and guide plates, aluminum heads, heads and intake polished and ported, engine balanced and blueprinted, engine line bored 30 over, hyper utectic system, 10:1 compression, solid lifters, roller rockers, high strength pushrods, high volume oil pump and water pump, double roller timing chain, Holley 730 double-pump double-feed carb, mechanical secondary carb, heavy-duty radiator, K&N filter system, MSD ignition, billet distributor. This car has extremely good pick-up! It has a Monte Carlo bar, adjustable rear air shocks, double x-port brace to shock towers, Flowmaster exhaust system, Posi 350 rear-end, Hurst Indy shifter (4-speed), Hooker headers, oversized racing clutch and flywheel, weld-on frame extenders, Shelby traction bars, period correct Cragar chrome wheels. This car has been beautifully restored by the previous owner and I have been driving it regularly for the past 7 years. This is NOT a perfect numbers-matching show car with a $10,000 paint job. The radio turns on and the speakers work but the station selector knob doesn’t work so it will only play cassettes. Like every other 60’s car it leaks a little fluid sometimes but not bad at all. There are a few small scratches on the top of the car in one of the white stripes that I have shown in one of the pictures, and small cracks in one corner of the hood as I have also shown. Aside from that there are a few minor imperfections around the car from being a driver, but as the pictures show this car looks amazing! I get compliments every time I take it out and this car turn heads everywhere it goes. When it's not being driven it is stored in a garage with a custom-fit dust cover (also included). It has a new Duralast gold battery and all 4 tires are brand new. Never been smoked in, and always has a fresh coat of wax. Car is sold as is and buyer must make all arrangements for pickup or shipping. Full payment is required within 7 days of auction end time. I will accept cash in person, or a cashier's check. If anyone has any questions please feel free to ask and I will answer as quickly as possible.
