The Stag is up for sale with a reasonable opening bid, and NO reserve. This is a fun car that I used as a daily driver to commute to work (40 mile round trip) until I retired 4 months ago. I suspect the engine had been pulled by some previous owner. Here is why. I pulled the oil pan to replace the gasket, and it just looked a little TOO clean in there. The gasket I removed didn't look professionally installed. The left side engine mount was attached to the frame of the car, but the engine was just resting on the mount. It is quite difficult to reach and maneuver, but I made it right. The oil pan had some dents on the bottom as if the engine had been supported on it while being jacked up. I've also added this update to the blog.
