2000 Chevy Silverado Z71, Extended cab. ENGINE: 5.3 V8 TRANS: Automatic -- was rebuilt by GM certified mechanic in July. Less than 250 miles on transmission. Solid truck, engine runs great. No mechanical issues. Exterior is in good shape with some scratches and marks from use. Has minor bumps from use but nothing major. Small dent in driver side rear with a few small scratches. Photo included. Has small dent on hood. Rear bumber is very slightly bent. Nothing major at all. Has very little surface rust near rocker panels. Nothing even close to rusted through. The hood was scratched by a car buffer so it was repainted and the paint is slightly different blue and a bit hazy. It's not terrible but wanted to point it out. The edges are peeling a bit on it as well. I have included a photo. Interior is in good shape, kept clean. Has cheap DVD player in the dash. It works but it's nothing special. Cruise works, AC works great, heat works great. Power windows work but passenger side doesn't go up or down smoothly. It's got a brand new window motor and I probably installed it wrong. But it's a $20 part. Power locks do not work. Not sure why. 4WD works perfectly. Truck is strong and runs great. There are no engine issues and it's a terrific work truck with the 8-foot bed. Tires have about 15,000 miles on them. This is a very reliable, solid truck. I would not be at all surprised if engine gets another 100,000 miles. The body is solid and in pretty good shape for its age. You turn the key and it goes. No problems.
