1972 AMC AMX. I aquired this vehicle in an estate sale. It has a 360 C.I. with a Holley 4 bbl, automatic. I believe it is a 600 Holley with vac sec. This car is also equipped with power front disc brakes and it has a factory AM/FM radio. It also has the raised fiberglass hood. The hinges are bent some and are laying in the trunk. The hood has some rust on bottom side but can be repaired. The floor pan has rust mainly along the rocker panels, the structure seems to be in pretty good shape. some rust on the passenger side A-pillar where it mets the roof. Quarters has some around wheel well and bottom rear as common. Drivers side door not to good on bottom as appears old repairs and rusted away from frame. The grille has some cracks and the grille screen is missing the one park lamp as can see in the pic's. All the outside trim seems to be in nice shape also. The interior would need headliner and carpet along with seat covers as common . The dash is in pretty good shape and the gauges look real good, along with the factory am/fm radio. It also has the console but missing the console lock mechanism. I have been able to turn the motor over and it does fire and run, will not run long with needing some carb or fuel system work, so i havent driven it or been able to run it thru the gears. It has some potential and with some work and basic maintenance i dont think would take to much to get it going.
