Vehicle Detail

1941 Willys Coupe, Pro Street. I would estimate it has about 12,000 miles on it, it has sat with almost no use for the last 3 years (I got into motorcycles). Ida 7” deep box steel frame and Ida fiberglass body. The body is still in gell coat (the car is not painted). Tees front seat, the interior is not complete, I do have enough matching material to complete the interior. AC compressor is mounted on the motor and Vintage air heat and ac unit is mounted behind the dash (line sets and condenser coil are still in the boxes) Rack and pinion steering, Billet aluminum A arms. 12 point roll cage. Front disc brakes, rear drum, (not power). 502 cubic inch Chevy, Comp Cams roller cam (custom ground for this motor, to run on street gas through street exhaust, shifts very nicely at about 6,200 rpm), Full roller motor, Brodix aluminum heads (new less than 10 mile on the heads), Wiend 871 blower, MSD ignition with a pro billet distributer (the timing is set very very conservatively, the car runs great on pump premium and starts easy every time) 175 horse nitrous boost (nitrous has never been used, the fuel return line needs to be hooked up and the bottle charged, it’s all there if you have the balls to try it). The headers have electronic cut outs that work from inside the car (flip a switch and in a couple seconds your running wide open headers than back again) McCloud billet steel fly wheel, Ram 3 finger adjustable clutch and sintered iron disc. Lenco 4 speed transmission, the street paper clutches have been removed and carbon clutches have been installed (you only use the foot clutch to pull out, after that you just pull the handles to shift, pull em slow and it glides in to the next gear, pull them hard and it will snap your neck). Moser 4 link rear suspension with Moser aluminum 3rd member, 35 spline axles, Detroit locker and 4.56 gears. Rear tires are Hoosier Quick time Pro drag DOT, 18” wide (I run them tubeless with 11 pounds of air). I have every piece of paper, instruction manuals for everything installed on the car. As you can see all the parts used to make this car are top shelf, if you make this many horses you need quality stuff. The trans alone was $4,000. The car handles like a bit of a bear, but it is very street friendly. I drove for many years to many shows, even won a few trophies without the paint or interior. This car is FAST, it is not for the faint of heart. It won’t win any road course races, but from red light to red light ain’t nobody gonna touch you.On Aug-03-11 at 12:24:40 PDT, seller added the following information: I posted some more pictures showing some light front end damage below the grill, and a few others showing what is done in the interior. I checked the lights, 1 turn signal is out and 1 brake light is out, all others work fine. The radio does not work. It did 3 years ago last time I drove it? The heater fan works. The speedometer does not work, I believe it is just a bad switch under the dash. I looked the body over closely and did notice one other issue, one of the rear windows the rubber molding is not exactly straight. I would assume you would be taking them off anyway to paint it. The window looks fine just who ever put the molding on did not do the best job. Also the driver side window is cracked, and the power window unit is week.
