You are bidding on a 1972 Cougary XR7 minus engine, transmission, and rear gears (9 inch housing included). Minimal rust for a 1972. One spot under the hood (battery area), one on the floor in the passanger area (about 6 inches), and some in the passenger side in the trunk. On the exterior I have tried to show with photos. Hood has been cut for an air cleaner so that is why there is a sweet hood scoop. All body panels are original factory paint. No big accidents but there are a few dings. The worst is on the driver side rear corner piece. There are new brakes on all four corners. I think that all trim parts and moldings are in the car. All glass is there and not broken. Steering gear might need some help but the pump is included and we did steer the car home flat towing it. Tires hold air but are from a trailer just to move the car around. The Cougar belonged to a friend of mine and he has owned it for a long time and just quit on his projectl. It is a good rolling car ready for restoration or hot rodding.
