Vehicle Detail

Many pictures are loading, please be patient. Don't hesitate to call or email if you have any questions! Yes, the camper shell is ugly but it's been on the truck since it sold new which has preserved the bed wonderfully! You can easily remove the camper shell if you wish! This is the best one out there! Yes, the ad is long, but you won't regret reading it! Read the ad, look at the pictures and you'll see why! Your search for you're ideal Chevrolet Pickup Truck ends here! 1969 Chevrolet CST/30 Pickup Truck - Stepside! ONE OWNER, YES, ONE OWNER, Unrestored, Survivor Truck from San Antonio, Texas! Original Paint! Original 390 Cubic Inch, V8 Engine (Hard to find!)! Original Manual Transmission! CLEAN TEXAS TITLE! RUNS GREAT! This is the one you have been waiting for! Here is a very rare opportunity to get yourself a very hard to find, and unique truck. I've looked all over the internet, and the only 1969 trucks I've been able to find are fully restored or completely rusted out. There doesn't appear to be anything out there that's still in its original, untouched condition to where an owner can decide for themselves what they would like to do! This really is a once in a lifetime opportunity! This isn't your usual barn find. This truck was acquired from it's original owner. What's so special about a truck being a one owner? Everything! Good luck finding an all original truck from 1969 that's a one owner! This truck's owner bought it 42 years ago! Another thing that's special is that the truck has spent its entire life right here in San Antonio, Texas! When we acquired the truck from its owner, we picked it up right from the address its been registered to since 1969! The truck having been here in San Antonio, Texas its whole life means that it's never been in a salty environment! That's nearly impossible to find on an unrestored truck of this age. How many restored vehicles have you seen where the first thing they tell you was done during restoration was "replacing the floor pan"? Not this one! You've got the original floor pan and it's good to go! This truck has had the same original owner since 1969, and was driven actively until 2002 when after 33 years of faithful service he parked it due to declining health. The truck runs and drives fine! You won't believe the condition it's in! The paint is original so it's not a showroom piece. It's a well cared for truck that worked for 33 years! If you wanted to turn this truck into a show winner I'd lose the camper and repaint the truck. The original paint has held up as nicely as you'd expect for it's age. Any 42 year old paint job on a vehicle that's spent most its life outside would need to be redone, but wow! You've got a blank canvas! You're getting the original running and driving engine and transmission with this truck. It runs and drives fine. The original fuel tank was rusted inside (because it was sitting) so we did replace that and flushed the fuel system. I would look into getting a set of tires due to age and giving some attention to the back brakes due to the amount of time its been sitting so I wouldn't drive it down the highway until those items are addressed. The truck isn't demanding a restoration, and you could easily drive the truck around, but a 1969 model truck that's completely intact like this should be given the treatment it deserves and restored into a show winner! There's so few of these left, and none that I've ever seen that's completely intact like this one is! Well how much? You might ask. I'm listing the truck with the intention to sell it. Although I won't disclose the reserve, it's set reasonably. I realize that it will take a lot of hard work to restore this truck into a winner, but by the same token this truck isn't sitting in a field with a tree growing through the hood either. You'd spend a lot of time and thousands of dollars trying to round up all the parts that are complete and intact with this truck, and even then you don't have an all original body, engine, and transmission and you surely don't have a clean cut ownership history like this truck offers. It's like a clean canvas for an artist. You have everything you need. Instead of buying someone else's restoration you can decide how you want this truck to be restored! By restoration standards, this truck really isn't a tough job as you can see. It's priced accordingly. With these trucks disappearing from the earth slowly one truck at a time, its safe to say this may be your last chance to get a quality 1969 Chevrolet Pickup Truck that's this good! Don't miss your opportunity to own this beautiful truck! You will not be disappointed! Bid early and follow the auction to the end, don't let another bidder with a couple of quick clicks of the mouse in the final minutes of the auction take your dream truck away from you! Don't settle for second best! Get the truck you have always dreamed of owning! Don't let this wonderful opportunity pass you by! Don't hesitate to email us using the "Contact" link on the auction page above or by phone at 210-468-8114 if you have any other questions!. An original 1969 Chevrolet CST/30 Pickup truck! There is a small ding on the front fender as you can see. It's not big. The owner really kept care of it. These front ends are really something! They knew how to make trucks in the 60s! It doesn't look like much now, but I've never seen a completely intact truck like this! You'll be amazed! You're not repairing dents and doing body work with this truck! The owner took care of it! Another small ding on the driver's rear fender flare. How much better could it get for an all original truck? All the trim is intact! Even the original tail gate isn't all beat up! It still looks great! Look at the top sides of the bed where the metal curls off. No dings! It really is a great opportunity! It won't take much to turn this into a winner, or you can drive it around as it is! You'll be nothing but impressed with the ORIGINAL condition this heavy duty truck is in! You gotta love the heavy duty truck tires! When you bought a truck in 1969 you bought it to work! They don't look like much, but they are original! This is the real deal! A heavy duty 1969 CST/30 with the original 396 V8 engine! Just look at that tail gate! It's almost perfect! Keep in mind the back is completely original and it has been covered by this original camper shell for all these years! The truck wasn't beat up or worked hard as you can tell. I've seen plenty of trucks where both sides of the bed and the tail gate are completely beat up! Not this one! It really is nice back here! The wood down here looks great! It's all original! The doors look fantastic! Here's the original interior. Of course the 42 year old driver's seat is worn out, but it's all original. The passenger's seat was hardly used. Just look at it! Original VIN plate is intact! Decoded it says C = 4x2 E = V8 Gas 3 = 1 Ton 4 = Pickup /w Cab & Bed 9 = 1969 J = Assembled in Janesville 864751 = Serial Number Just look at the passenger's door! The headliner still looks great! 4 Speed standard transmission! Original center console! The steering wheel is cracked, but is all original! Gauges appear to be working fine! Here's the truck's original engine! Believe it or not it still runs great! You'll be impressed! It's all original! Unbelievable! This is the huge 396 V8! You can look far and wide, but you won't find a better opportunity! This truck is ready to roll!
