Vehicle Detail
Up for bidding is a 1966 triumph tiger 650 bobber. The bike has a bolt on rigid tail and a stock length springer front end. The rear wheel is a harley 16 inch rim laced to the factory triumph hub. It has a custom made the rear fender, choppabrothhers forward controls, some crazy italian made gas tank i found hanging in a garage, spool front wheel and probably some other parts I forgot to mention. Runs and drives fine with a charged battery, however wiring is not my cup of tea. I'm thinking its the charging system or too small of a battery. The Electrical system has been converted the a cdi ignition and 12v by one of the previous owners. the bike has brand new Barnett clutch plates, friction plates and springs, with not even 50 miles on them. Coming with the bike is a spare parts motor, which i believe is a bonneville motor. It has the dual intake head. Also coming with it is a few extra carbs and carb parts. I have some books for it as well, any other parts I have will go with it.On Jul-27-11 at 09:10:51 PDT, seller added the following information: Edit: Since wiring is not my forte, the battery has a slight draw on it even when the bike is turned off. This causes the battery to go dead after a few days. It runs fine on a fully charged battery however after a while there is not enough juice to start the bike. I already mentioned this in the description and just wanted to make this point fully clear.
